Terms & Conditions

Required information for online booking:

• Name, phone #, email address, valid credit card

Credit Card information:

• The credit card will not be charged at the time of booking.

• Your credit card information is stored in our secure Moneris Vault.

• In the event of a no-show, a charge may be applied in the amount equal to 50% of the reservation value.

• In the event that you show up with fewer people than you booked for, a surcharge may be applied.

• Cancellations will be accepted up to 12 hours in advance of the reservation. You can cancel either through your online booking reservation or call the pro shop at 780 467-4653.

Privacy:

• Your personal information including name, address, telephone, email, and credit card information is protected within a safety-assured booking site. Under no circumstance does the golf course sell, trade or share your private information with third or inquiring parties.

Booking Confirmation:

• You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your booking. If you do not receive one, please call the pro shop to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• Anytime prior to 12 hours before your tee time, you may cancel or modify your tee time with absolutely no penalty or fee.
